The NB Coalition for Pay Equity is holding Pay Equity Workshops across the province of New Brunswick. These workshops offer Pay Equity tools to those who work in predominantly female jobs. A female job is one where the majority of people employed are female, or one that is historically associated with women.

Job Evaluation Tools
Many job evaluation tools exist. Here are two:

One thing to keep in mind is that this tool meets the requirements of Ontario's Pay Equity Act covering both the public and private sectors. Therefore some facts may apply to Ontario, and may not apply here in NB.
